We were very attracted to ParkView because of the superior location, the unobstructed views, the layout of the home, the balcony , the close proximity to Fox and Obel and Dominick’s. We wanted to remain in Streeterville so we could walk to stores and restaurants and be close to Michigan Avenue, yet not be in the middle of chaos.

We visited ParkView during one of the weekend Open Houses. We looked at numerous other condos in the area but kept coming back to ParkView because of the location. We did not fall in love with the colors of the hallways but when we entered our home we felt an openness and calmness. The view of the home is so calming to see the water during the day and the city lights in the evening. Even the distant sounds of the city are soothing to us because we feel like we are somewhat removed from the center of things but everything is so accessible.

We have a dog, and the ease of walking her right outside our door in the Park right on the grounds is wonderful. Living so close to stores especially Fox and Obel after a long day is an enormous plus. We know that we do not have to cook or splurge at a restaurant with all of these options.

We can’t say enough good about ParkView, the ease of living here, our home is wonderful, we love the unobstructed views of the water and the city and the amenities are a bonus. The staff, Corlys, Keith, Therese and Bruce have also been very responsive to our needs. We looked at many homes and there were always draw backs, but we have it all at ParkView.
