I wanted to thank you post closing for your help in “swaying” Wells Fargo for a loan on white space.You can imagine my surprise when your sales rep assured me that banks had closed on this raw space. I couldn’t find a bank in town that would close on this ”white space”.Your help with referring Tony DiCostanzo at Wells Fargo was greatly appreciated. A little FYI……Tony was superb at handling my needs. I can see why Wells Fargo is one of your preferred lenders. He had a tough job. If that is the quality of your referrals……wow! He is truly an asset in making a sale happen. I am back to MCL from living at “445 E Northwater” years ago……I am glad to be backing your neck of Chicago. Sincerely, Joe
