Like most developers, MCL Companies maintains a panel of preferred lenders who can offer our clients a full range of mortgage services. As the name implies, the panel is made up of institutions and organization with whom we prefer doing business. There no obligation for you to utilize their services as an MCL client. Nor do we derive any direct financial benefit form the business we bring them.

That's not to say we don't benefit when a client chooses to work with a preferred lender. In fact, we benefit in many ways. We've established a long and mutually beneficial relationship with each of our preferred lenders, so they know how we work and vice versa. They understand the critical nature of timing in new home construction and have shown the flexibility necessary to accommodate our all-important timetables.

They're familiar with out procedures and keep all necessary documents on file for each of our communities. Most importantly, they share our determination to make the purchase process simple, smooth and hassle-free.

And the biggest beneficiary of that, of course, is you. That's why we
strongly encourage you to talk to one or more of our preferred lenders about financing your new home. They've done everything it takes to earn our complete trust. We trust they can earn yours, as well.
